To apply to the Fort Worth Dance Gala, simply fill out the online registration form and upload a video of a variation or routine you wish to present at the gala. 

After the selection process, participants will be notified if their routine(s) have been selected for the show no later than 2 weeks after submission.

Dancers, choreographers, and schools can submit videos of live performances or in-studio rehearsal video.  

Dance gala participants may register to perform classical ballet variations, contemporary pieces, character/folk pieces, pas de deux or ensemble works approved by the organizers. 

Please note that solo and group registration forms are separate. You may register multiple solos (per dancer) under one(1) registration form. For group registration please use one(1) registration form per dance.
